If the NCO's respect the Officer, the men WILL respect him, whether they want to or not...If the NCO's don't respect him, well, then he don't deserve respect anyway, lol.

I'll have to remember that one.
Just hung a retired Army Engineer out to dry Monday night. For a comment he made about three weeks ago, and I had to bide my time to remind him what he said.
I'll have to try that line about Parade rest on him. To see if his 30+ years of Army Enlistment are still as with him as he says.
