As per my knowledge, Agni III is both road and rail mobile. Plans are also afoot to integrate it in the ATV to make it a reliable second strike platform.

The Agni III incorporates the first two stages of the Agni II, but is designed to have a longer range and a third stage that includes a more sophisticated re-entry system.
