If you understood the premice under which it is written under there would be no need for such comments. The paper is a study nothing more nothing less and makes no claim to absolute accuracy. Something we all know the experts here know as second hand
. If you dont like it the choice not to read is all yours.
I didnt seem to find anything wrong within the first two pages within reason.
The paper merely serves to inform those not well antiquated with the subject to be a little better informed.
