I don’t subscribe to what they are doing, but I cannot shy away from admiring them for their sheer brilliance!
The Cheney Doctrine that he formulated as the Secretary of Defence with Wolfowitz along with the National Energy Policy is a goldmine for all military commentators since the same is unfolding today!
Emasculate Russia, ensure oil security, box in China and keep US as the sole global superpower!
