Is there anyone you can confide in? If you think/know this Guy is nescient in the job then it is your duty to your Co to bring this to their attention.. At the end of the day he will be found incompetent. As you where tasked to "train" him, this may reflect on you at a later date. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN...so report your concerns of his lack of capabilities NOW..think of one person here...THL
