Really? But Russia's conventional arsenal is absolutely huge and considerably more modern than China's. Not to mention the Russians are still far superior to the Chinese in joint operations.

I believe Russia's rocket & artillery forces are the largest in the world.

Please correct me if I’m wrong.

I'd have to say Russia poses a big conventional threat to China, and will continue to do so in the future.

However it appears very unlikely the two countries will go into conflict.
