China simply can not pose a threat to Russia and much less to the USA , both can send China into the stone age and even in a conventional conflict there is no threat the PLA , PLAAF and PLAN are still quite inferior and do not pose not even a ounce of threat and im not even mentioning the politics involved in this , China is no threat to Russia nor to USA at least not for the next few decades.
