The more I read about this Command and Control issue, the more confounded I am.

I thought the NATO was a well oiled organisation capable of meeting the rapidly changing Soviet threat.

Here in Afghanistan where the combat scenario is foot or Nissan pickup oriented (insurgents), I find that the NATO is falling to pieces.

Disappointing!

What is the solution?
