Actually, though unintentional, it was the US Navy's DASH (Drone Anti Submarine Helicopter) that could do a half roll.

As I said, it was unintentional and eventually led to other methods of getting MK-46 torpedos out over the horizon. As soon as it dropped the torpedo, The CG went up and the helo flipped over. But as programmed it flew back to the ship where the "pilot" with his remote control panel normally would take over and land it.

Well, with it being upside down --- it was another "AWE SH*T" and you can guess the rest of it.
