Scholarships are not that easy to get.
And anyway, our educational institutes are as good as any in the world and the fees are pittance.
It is mostly the social climbers and the rich, who go for foreign certificates
Indian universities don't pay scholarship to study abroad.
But, I am ready to be corrected on this.
