Ray, I searched the information about the Tibet at will, so the link is just one of those things.
Travle industry is a pillar industry in Tibet, the management in Tibet has the economic development index, so they must restore the tourism industry as soon as they can.
And in my opinion, Mandarin is a hindrance between Chinese people and other people. English is not official language. Even so much information is openly in Web, foreign friend also can't find them.
