I propose the "lefty beaver" method:
Take a tank of water.
Take a Democrat by the ankles.
Begin rapidly slapping the Democrat facedown onto the water's surface like a beaver slapping the water with its tail.
Gather any released Hydrogen.
Everybody wins.
