Sorry, I was reading the articles and others got in front of me.
For a Bush success, you would certainly have to put down two invasions and overthrows of the hostile regimes therein. You may not agree with them, but you'd certainly would have to agree they were successful.
Other than that, off the top of my head, there's the large tax cuts, SDI, nuclear treaty with Russia, CAFTA, and a host of others.
Hey, I don't agree with them all, there's the expansion in Medicare, for instance. But to write him off as having done nothing right in seven years is a bit rich.
