I have no problems with the Indians operating to the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. But you will discover you will need the replenishment ships and oilers to do so independently. As is you can visit at any time showing the flag. Recently an Indian frigate or destroyer arrived to show the flag in New Zealand.
