Raising property taxes, taking the right to choose away from business owners, letting the MTA raise fares, even though there was a surplus, rising toll costs, wanting to enact congestion pricing, so people will have to pay extra to visit their own city, wasted money in total boiler replacement in schools, resulting in substantial increases in associated costs (money could have been utilized where it was needed). Hillary also sat back and watched all this happen and didn't oppose not a thing. She is no better.
