I resemble that remark with exception to the "rail" part. Eating a healthy (although sometimes dont seem that way) diet keeps my weight within 7-10 lbs constant. Also I work it off very easily on a daily basis and sometimes have to eat things (cheese steaks etc) I know put weight on to maintain normalcy. If there is such a thing.
