I think the Americans are busy sending in the flying robots into Pakistan shooting all the poor innocent villagers armed to the teeth.
And this makes Mr. Sharif angry, hence if Americans want to get things done in that region and make sure no one able to burn a American flag is left alive, they should let the Pakistanis handle the situation.
