Here's part II. While I understand that the series is meant to not be technical, the evidence presented is too simple for my tastes. The following blog
entry provides some what ifs that call into question the matter of fact type presention. Again, I think the concept in very general terms is on target, but the tax system as designed is so complex that it's difficult to isolate the true impacts of tax cuts (not impossible, but difficult).
