How does the Pak Govt have so much pull with PCCW? Isn't such bullying normally done at national ISP offices? Or was the string tugged from Islamabad to Beijing and then down to Hong Kong? Anyway, accidental or not, it is a small but omnious sign of things to expect in the supposedly "free world" of Internet.
