But like I said, nuclear warfare isn't a viable option for them. If they nuke us, we destroy them, perhaps more so than they can destroy us. In any level of conventional conflict Russia is no match, and won't be for at least the next 20 years (and that is assuming things go very well for them and much worse for us than they are now).
