3 Important words, and a right that was given to we the people. FREEDOM OF CHOICE!! Ban this, ban that, ban ban ban. Take your bans and stick em'. A business owner should have the FREEDOM OF CHOICE wheather or not his establishment is smoke free, or permits smoking.
Now get this....the consumer.....listen close.....has the FREEDOM OF CHOICE as to what establishment they would like to go to. If the person is a non smoker, they can choose not to go to the establishment or vice versa........INSTEAD, those who can not think for themselves and would rather have bans and laws made so everyone is affected by their inability to make a simple decision.
This is rediculous. And the people that are complaining even more so. Can you not choose for yourselves? Big brother likes those types of people, this way more fee's and laws can be passed as they see fit.
How about the animals that crap all over the place? Well, what if they would have a national pet owner fee, because every time your dog pisses on the grass it leaves a dead spot. Everyone and their mother would be hollaring about that. Take those fees and shove em.
