I still have hope. My guys are telling me what I saw at the end of the Yugoslav Wars. Children are playing in the streets. They're going to school. The 1st time since the Taliban, especially little girls.
No parent would risk their own children if the odds are that they die. I know it is not much but smiling children do bring hope.
