These same inmates had warning in the opening days of battle. They chose to fight the U.S. so then they chose to be put in a place where they can cause no trouble. Keep Gitmo open otherwise you will allow those that mean to do us harm access to the twisted world of lawyers. They have zero rights until they reach mainland courts. And if the military has it their way they wont. If your so concerned about their rights then think of the people and what these individauls have/would do if let loose to the innocent.

Then just perhaps you may understand why they are where they are and just how dangerous they are and if you have never been to gitmo then drop your argueing because you surely dont understand..
