China depends heavily on US trade and so needs a strong US economy.
Besides with most of its forex surplus still denominated in dollars a downturn for the US and the cosequent reduction in dollar value would hurt.

As to america bringing back its factories back, that will only be possible once americans understand the sad fact that labourers have to live like labourers and not expect middle class lifestyle (car, house etc). Only then will they be cost effective.
