My friend, India is far behind China in infrastructure, we all know that. But to state that India "
will not catch up with china" is being very naive. Remember, India and China were not very different in the 70s or early 80s. What China did was opened up its economy a decade before India. China's growth is no miracle which no other nation can catch up with.
