No, it is a complex "Sineva" RS-24, he is intended for submarines of other type.
" On arms of Navy fleet a rocket complex «Sineva», developed by the State rocket center (ГРЦ) « Design office of name Makeeva » (Miass, the Chelyabinsk area), have been accepted on arms on July, 9th this year.

Rocket complex «Sineva» - one of perspective development of a domestic war industry. Tests of a rocket complex «Sineva» have been successfully completed in 2004, and now within the limits of state defensive order ГРЦ as the head developer of a rocket complex «Sineva» together with cooperation carries out a batch production of ballistic missiles of submarines. "
Except for start-up from a nuclear submarine of strategic purpose of Northern fleet "Tula", on December, 26th RS-24 have started from the cosmodrome Plesetsk, for check of type of these rockets of ground basing.

PS I hope Bulava too will be completely ready in following year.
