Australia has a population that would fit into Mumbai - India has more millionaires than the total australian population - her economy has grown exponentially and apart from the hiccup of 97, is obviously in a position to boom as the income dynamics change.
Any discussion about energy and power generation needs to be realistic.
I can understand the moral impetus that drove the creation and structure of NPT, but I regard NPT as a deeply flawed requirement in light of current issues.
