Nope. Technically it only officially entered the VVS in 2005. Before that due to all the chaos and mismanagement, the aircraft were basically ''being tested''. The only actions they saw outside the testing grounds, were being sent out on long range patrols. They were spotted and intercepted by F-16s of Denmark and Norway respectively, when they were spotted near their coastline.
