It looks much like the nuclear weapons depots at old SAC bases, tripple fenced, and very secure. Most likely, I suspect, is the potential for a nuclear AAM, perhaps like the American Genie, or more likely the proposed AIM-54 nuclear version which was looked at but never produced.
