What if you are attacked by that nation? Do you just repel the invader to the border and stop? So every few years they can try to attack you and not worry about retaliation. Is that what you mean by non-intervention?

Isn't that what we are doing right now? We are trying to protect ourselves by attacking potential threats instead of waiting for attacks to happen and then try to drive out invaders. Do you think Bush let 9-11 happen? If he did, do you agree with it? That's non-intervention.
