It is not exactly, "outsourcing the outsourcing" as the article seems to state. Basically, it is Indian companies, like Infosys and Wipro, for example, expanding all over the world and trying to become more of a global entities. Also, another reason is that they can get more people speaking European and other languages, which they normally wouldn't get in huge numbers in India. And ofcourse, they also make their presence in other countries which makes it easier for them to enter foriegn markets. And this is not something new, Indian companies have been expanding rapidly, as you can already see in the speed they are buying off foriegn corporations. The auto company Jaguar might just become their next acquisition, as Tata seems to be one of the lead bidders.
