1) In a civilized country such as Russia there should be no need outside of voting. Thats democracy in full play coupled along with a stong constitution and basic rights to vote in your rulers. Why your people choose the other path is beyond us and something we choose not to focus on. Obvioulsy you dont want it bad enough yet. But as time carries on one never knows.
If you need to kill your own countrymen with AK's to see who leads the party instead of civilized voting of the masses and truely get whats best for the Russian people (something they should be entitled to from birth) then please by all means fire away you wont hear us complain one bit. Need more ammo?
