You must have heard about it on the BB's, it was pretty common. Some sicko smeared it on the rungs of a ladder leading to a tank and some poor pipefitter found out while he was climbing down. Good old Swan didn't even blink when he saw it around ships. I was working in a stateroom on the Leahy, and some friends were working in the stateroom on the other side of the passageway. They went out for material and when the came back there was a pile in the middle of their dropcloth. Swan just happen to wander by, took a rag and picked up the mess and walked off. One hell of a Project Manager.
