Said cartoon shocker seems to have qualfied his ranting with the whole "tried for war crimes" bit. So whilst i am sure people would try and make an incitement case, in theory all he is stating the obvious (if someone is convicted of a crime that carries the death penalty then they should get it). Clearly if he had said that then well, it wouldn't be cartoon shockery so he didn't.
But as i say all depends if the prosecution can make a case, or for that matter whether a jury is interested in listening to a defence.
