I have a further question, two even:

If and ONLY IF (Not that I would wish such a thing)

Lets just say some nut job listened to this idiot and assails Bush. First off would this particular person be liable to the death penalty as for calling for the attack with swift justice even if he didnt pull the trigger?

My guess is yes he would be but I'm not a lawyer.

Second: If Bush was assailed as the president of the U.S. tommorow then they would have to swear in Cheney. Would Cheney sit as president past the elections coming soon? The reason why I asked is to see if anything has changed (legally wise as to this predicament) in the Executive Branch since Kennedy's assasination saw Johnson sworn in but not this close to new elections? Thanks.
