Pretty much, be a Jew and be healthy, and want to serve your homeland.

Check out mahal2000.com, that's the program's official website.
If I received Israeli citizenship, then would it count as me being an Israeli, and i would be drafted for something?

Or, is that my ticket to getting the three years of service, and being treated like any other Israeli?

I can also speak hebrew; is that a plus?

I can't join any of the programs that mahal200 has to offer: both my parent have Israeli citizenships.
