I know, I'm just saying that any program like this should only occur in a society with a low birthrate that can severely damage the society. It'll only make sense to do it with low birthrates. They have no birthrate problem so why are they encouraging senseless policies to solve a problem which people with a competent understanding of the economy knows that doesn't work.
It may be to get votes, but this seems a bit too radical.
I doubt she'll be able to implement it with the American budget like
Shamus said. Anyway, she seems a bit too far left now, I thought she was trying to position herself as more center or will that be during the election for presidency.
