I've had the feeling for awhile now that Giuliani has exploited 9/11 for political gain. Not outrageously, but exploited it nonetheless. I don't believe the fact that he was mayor of New York during two terrorist attacks makes him more experienced that other candidates in fighting terrorism, as he's claimed. I find no evidence to suggest that he's been "fighting terrorism for over two decades", as he also asserts. I also don't buy his assertion that he's experienced in foreign relations due to his tenure as NYC mayor. The fact that the UN is located there doesn't give one foreign policy experience.
