Soooo...just an instrument of war, this "terrorism" thingy? And when employed by a prominent nation-state against others as a weapon of war, should that mean we're at war? I think so.
So if formations of S-2s

appear in the skies above Tehran, we'll all understand that they're just weapons of war as the deadly payloads of intel summaries and annexes rain confusion (if not death!) upon Persian heads below.
