Yes.
Ironically, I had absolutely no idea of what was going on with the Wadsworth until much later when I was assigned to write the Shipalt and Installation Instructions.
I like one sailor's explanation of those rubber coated bulkheads when family members were visiting: "It gives something soft for the sailors to beat their heads against."
