The SU-35 is moving target as far as technologies incorporated vs. the Su-30 [MKI] and SU-33. From what I’ve be able to gather:

SU-35: Original designation is SU-27M, in reality is an entirely new airframe, [canards/thrust vectoring].

Tail cone: dielectric random tip replaces normal brake chute cover. The change believed to have something to do with rear hemisphere radar coverage and over-the-shoulder BVR.

Weapons: 3 new very long range AAM-L anti-AWACS missiles.

Random: Updated ‘Flat-Plate’ Radar, smaller random bulge.

ECM Pods: Wingtip launch rails have new transmitter/receiver capability rather than both just transmit.

Tail Fins: Taller, more fuel capacity and have extended rudders

Engines: new AL-31FM rated @ 29,320 lbs thrust each.

Flight Control: full digital fly-by-wire.
