And you have not backed up your assertions that India is wasting its money. Look at Britain's security interests. It does not require an aircraft carrier to protect its homeland but it does set aside the money for two aircraft carriers.
For every argument you make, it can be used against you. Why don't u stop wasting your time on India and just concentrate on your affairs?
