OOE, thanks for the pictures especially the first two, the beautiful girls (in Russian native cloth or Chinese army uniform) and delicious bread. That is the strategic partnership we are looking for.

SCO is really taking shape.

First, two cornered weak giants try to use SCO showing the super power that corners them, --- we are going to help each other politically and diplomaticly in the international stage using the form of a milltary excerise. While I think that helping each other militarily is out of question for these two huge countries.

Second, SCO helps both Russia and China to check the center Asia terrorist movment.

I wonder if there are possibility or need to introduce other countries into SCO in the near future. Which countries can be included?
