070807-N-3642E-240 MOBILE, Ala. (Aug. 7, 2007) - Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) the Honorable Dr. Donald C. Winter, thanks and encourages the shipfitters at Austal Shipyards during a visit to the yard to get a first hand look at the quality of work being done on the Navy's second Littoral Combat Ship.
