Attacking targets in Xinjiang would, I suppose, be kind of pointless. But what about all military and infrastructure targets within 100 miles of Taiwan? Many of those targets used to be verboten for policy reasons. I'm thinking enemy SAM sites, ammo dumps, assembly points, power plants, etc.
