Damn,
I has noticed before that there was bad publicity about the LDP-17 class, but really had no idea that it was on the level described above. Is there something fundamentally wrong with the way that the Navy buys ships? In addition to LPD-17 there are other shipbuilding programs that are up the proverbial creek without a paddle. What is to be done?
