And who would be in that organization? Only democracies? What kind of democracy? Does our representative democracy count? UK is a constitutional monarchy, I guess it wouldn't qualify to join. Saddam had a referendum and he was elected as president for life with 100% of vote. Was the old Iraq a democracy?
