It's won over Arabs just like we win over Arabs. Money. And it will be able to continue this until that supply of money is somehow shut down. They're not even sticking to the Shia thing anymore, they're giving weapons and money to anyone who's goals coincide with their regional agenda. And frankly, kicking our ass is on most everyone's agenda in the region, in some way or another.
