I voted Yes.

I suppose the US government has no choice to sell it or not. The F-22 cost is too expensive even for US military budget, they definitely need to have a rich consumer to support the programm. And the only such probable consumer not limited in cash is Japan. As the other US allies, such as Canada and Australia, are a bit poorer and will hardly allow themselves a lot of Raptors. The Brits and other Europeans are more interested in their own Eurofighter. Poland has already packed with F-16. Without Poland I don't know who else would wish to buy F-22.
