Nevermind guys I found the answer to my question. The BLU 108(version with IR+ LIDAR),STS skeet, and Bonus artillery shell submunition can accurately select aimpoints on individual targets precisely.Munitions like the SADARM will have problems against heavy ERA like the Kontact 5,Kaktus, and Relikt but the ones I listed shouldn't have any problems.
